Introduction
• Our client is looking for a IT Engineer to join their company
Minimum Requirmenents
• Matric, MCTS / MCP, MCITP: server administrator is advantageous, ITIL foundations certificate is advantageous, 3-5 years relevant and current IT support experience, experience is a large IT department, helpdesk experience, customer service experience, shift work based operations and must be available to work shifts within the 24 hour environment
Job Specification
• Our client is looking for a IT Engineer to join their company. Duties include: ensure closure of assigned 2nd level fault resolution calls within the require SLA, executes change control work orders as assigned within the required SLA, ensure maximum stability of IT facility infrastructure components by performing systems maintenance tasks, ensure appropriate execution on projects based on defined deliverables, provides assistance or adhoc training to users when required and contributes to the continuous improvement of operational policies and procedures.
