Job Title: Human Resource Manager
The employment will be on Regular / contractual basis depending on merit and requirement of the bank

Job Description:
• Manage & develop Human Resources through training, placement, performance appraisal etc
• Implement and update HRM systems in terms of bank’s human Resource policy
• Deal with matters pertaining to industrial relations, conciliations, industrial court cases, labor office issues etc relating to staff

Requirements:
Must possess personal attributes e.g. Solid writing, editing and oral communication/ excellent human relations skills and proven ability to build & maintain strong relationship

Qualification:
• A MBA/ post Graduate / Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management with minimum Second Class (Upper) from a recognized University/ Reputable institute. Preference will be given to candidates who has secured first

Experience:
• Candidates having 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource in large/ medium organizations preferably in banking sector/ financial institutions shall be preferred. In deserving cases relaxation can be considered

Age: maximum of 35 years

Job Title: Dairy Development officer:
Reports to: Dairy Development Manager

Objectives of the job:
• To foster increased productivity through the use of cost effective, modern and appropriate farming methods, technology, business management, development strategies and practices among diary stakeholders
• To enhance the level of understanding among the general public on the significance and benefit of milk and diary products consumption

Key Functions:
• Facilitate diary development by explaining, demonstrating and sensitizing dairy farmers on government policies, strategies and programs aimed at increasing production and productivity
• Training and sensitizing farmers and or farmer organizations on new and improved animal husbandry technologies as well as milk handling, transportation, bulking and marketing in liaison with extension workers and local authorities

Person Specifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Production Dairy Technology,/ science, or related qualifications
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in program implementation in agricultural related programs
• Should have good networking, mobilization, presentation and communication skills, capable of working with communities at the grass rootlevel and other stakeholders in the industry

Job Title: Diary Inspector:
Reports to: Principal Inspection and Enforcement Officer

Job Purpose:
To inspect milk and diary products, dairy handling premises and facilities, enforce diary standards, and regulations, in order to ensure compliance with set diary standards and regulations

Key Functions:
• Conduct pre-registration and/ or regular impromputu inspections to ensure that collectors, transporters, traders, processors, exporters and importers of milk and diary products conform to the set standards and get registered by DDA
• Generate statistical data and information for development of database on compliance and standards improvement strategies and policy development / change
• Enforce regulations such as stopping adulteration of milk and diary products, transportation of milk in unauthorized containers, transportation of warm milk, etc to safeguard public health and well being of milk consumers by apprehending and persecuting offenders

Person Specification:
• Must have Bachelors degree in Diary Technology/ science, Food Science, Veterinary medicine or related qualifications
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in ensuring compliance with set standards and regulations
• Experience in milk handling, processing procedures and the application of laws and regulations relevant to diary industry will be an added advantage
